We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead individualized behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and implement evidence-based interventions to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on lives while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment. (We have clinical director opening as well for a seasoned BCBA)

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee personalized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations, to determine individualized treatment needs
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing team meetings, case reviews, and quality assurance activities to uphold best practices in behavioral health
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for clinical decision-making
- Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, patient assessment methods, and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse needs
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Knowledge of special education practices related to behavioral health interventions
